Kuwaiti Citizen Gets Life Sentence For Setting House On Fire, Killing The Driver

On charges of arson and premeditated murder, the Court of Cassation sentenced a citizen in his thirties to life imprisonment. Firefighting teams responded to a fire that broke out in a house in the suburb of Abdullah Al-Mubarak in December 2019.

Following investigations, the suspect was found guilty of intentionally setting fire to the house with a highly flammable substance. According to a family member, the suspect had a history of setting fire to the house when he disagreed with his family members.
