Kuwaiti Citizen Assaults His Iranian Wife On Regular Basis

Investigator at the Amiri Hospital has ordered the transfer of a Kuwaiti citizen to Sharq Police Station over allegations of physically abusing his Iranian wife on a regular basis, says Al-Seyassah.

Reportedly, the citizen took his Iranian wife to the Amiri Hospital for treatment. He informed the doctor that she met with a traffic incident.

However, examinations revealed that the injuries she sustained were due to severe beating. When the investigator held a private discussion with the Iranian woman, the latter burst into tears and requested for help, revealing that her husband always drinks liquor and then beats her for no reason.

Securitymen were summoned to the hospital and they took the citizen to Sharq Police Station for investigations.
