Kuwaiti Arrested For Possessing Heroin And Narcotic Pills

An unidentified Kuwaiti upon orders from the Security Director of the Hawalli Governorate has been arrested for possessing a quantity of heroin and narcotic pills, reports Al-Anba daily. Police records showed the man had been sentenced in absentia for failing to pay KD 7,000 debt. He was taken to the police station before handing him over to the Sentences Enforcement Department.
