Kuwaiti Arrested For Possessing And Consuming Drugs

The Jahra police have arrested a Kuwaiti for possessing and consuming drugs and narcotic pills, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the police picked the man on suspicion when they saw his car parked in the parking lot of a school. Police have seized from him 15 narcotic pills and two sachets of a kind of a substance. Also at the time of arrest the man was disoriented. He has been handed over to the General Department of Drugs Control.
