Kuwait Zoo Closed As Some Ruminants Infected With Brucellosis

Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources announced the closure of Zoo until further notice as brucellosis was detected in some ruminants, a kind of mammals.

This step was made as a precautionary measure after the detection of this disease, zoo's chief Naser Al-Attia said in a press statement.

He added that the measure are taken to control the disease in this animals.
