Kuwait Suspends Visa For Sudanese

The residency affairs departments in the six governorates suspended all transactions related to Sudanese nationality, until further notice, local daily reported. Last day, Kuwait suspended Visa for Lebanese nationals. With this, 8 nationalities are prohibited from getting Visa without security approvals, namely Lebanese, Syrian, Iraqi, Pakistani, Iranian, Afghani, Yemeni and Sudanese.

According to report, the internal disturbances in Sudan are behind this procedure. This procedure is followed with most of the countries that witnessed internal unrest, report added.

However, Sudanese who have valid residency in Kuwait are not affected by this decision, and they have the right to return to the country and can renew their residency.
