Kuwait Sets Daily 1,562 Passenger Quota For Direct Flight From Egypt

The Directorate general for Civil Aviation today set the daily quota for passengers from Egypt as 1,562 passenger per day.

781 passenger seats will be for Kuwaiti carriers such as Kuwait Airways, Jazeera Airways and 781 passenger quote will be for Egyptian carriers, local reports indicated.

The quota is set against the backdrop of the Cabinet's approval to raise the airport's arrival capacity to 10,000 passengers per day.

The sources stated that the direct flight with Egypt will be throughout the week, i.e. an average of 10,934 passenger per week.
