Kuwait Reports 1,417 New Covid-19 Cases, Eight Deaths

Kuwait said 1,417 people tested positive for the coronavirus while eight related deaths were reported Thursday, taking total cases to 272,562 and deaths to 1,554, according to the health ministry. Another 1,394 people were recovered from the virus, raising the total of those who have overcome the disease to 255,817, ministry spokesman Dr Abdullah Al-Sanad told a press conference.
