Kuwait Municipality Has Strongly Denied Social Media Reports That Rotten Foodstuffs Were Allowed To Enter Kuwait

Deputy Director- General of the Kuwait Municipality Khalaf Al-Mutairi has strongly denied social media reports that rotten foodstuffs were allowed to enter Kuwait. He affirmed the Imported Foodstuff Department is vigilant 24×7 and is doing its duty in the best interests of the citizens and residents to protect the national food security and health of every consumer. Al-Mutairi stressed the department always ensures all food items entering Kuwait via land, sea or air are safe and suitable for consumption.
