Kuwait Cp, Us Vp Commend Ties

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and US Vice President Kamala Harris commended on Thursday evening the exceptional ties linking Kuwait and the US. In a phone conversation between the two officials, Harris lauded the historic relations with Kuwait and the mutual interest in bolstering ties. She displayed the United States unwavering commitment towards the security and stability of the State of Kuwait. The Vice President expressed gratitude towards Kuwait’s humanitarian role in facilitating and assisting the US plan of evacuation from Afghanistan.

On his part, His Highness the Crown Prince thanked Vice President Harris for her sincere sentiments towards Kuwait and its people, reiterating the strong and historic relations between the State of Kuwait and the United States of America. His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal offered his condolences over the US army’s casualties, which occurred during the Kabul airport explosions and also expressed sorrow over the victims of Hurricane Ida wreaking havoc in the State of Louisiana. His Highness Sheikh Mishal expressed gratitude towards Vice President Harris, wishing her and the American people more progress and development.
