Kuwait Central Bank Issues KD 200 Mln Bonds, Tawarruq

The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) said Monday it issued KD 200 million (USD 660 million) worth of bonds and Tawarruq.
The issue’s maturity period is three months with a return rate of 1.125 percent, CBK said in a statement to KUNA. On January 18, the CBK issued bonds and Tawarruq worth KD 240 million (USD 792 million) for three months.
