Vijayawada International Airport (Gannavaram) is launching full-fledged international flight services has recently come to light. In this context, the Gannavaram Airport began its Kuwait Summer Air India service on Wednesday. However, on the first day itself, the Kuwait Summer Service gave a rude shock to the passengers. With the plane leaving passengers behind and taking off earlier than expected, there was a chaotic situation at the airport.

In reality, Air India took off from Gannavaram at 9:55 AM with nearly 67 passengers on board, bound for Kuwait. However, about 20 passengers who arrived later to board the flight to Kuwait were caught off guard and found themselves in a state of turmoil. They questioned the Air India staff about why the flight took early but as scheduled  time t 1:10 PM .

However, the staff claimed that they had sent a message that the flight would depart at 9:55 AM. The passengers, on the other hand, expressed their strong dissatisfaction with Air India officials, stating that they never received any such messages. They demanded an alternative flight be arranged and staged a protest at Gannavaram Airport. As a result, airlines are making efforts to operate full-fledged services from Dubai and Kuwait to Gannavaram Airport in response to the passengers' demands.

As part of this effort, Air India launched its Kuwait Summer Service on Wednesday. This service will be operated every Wednesday from today until the end of October, with Air India flying to Kuwait.
