Kuwait Based Indian Launches Book On Simplifying Banking Terms

03 January 2021 India

Kuwait based Indian banking professional Vikram Viswanathan released his first book “Chatur Demystifies Banking”. The book, published by Notion Press Chennai, explains the banking concepts through a series of conversations between different characters in a simple language.

“The idea of this book is to break through some core banking concepts, simplify them and make it easier for everyone to understand,” Vikram said.

The world of banking is complicated and is replete with terminology seemingly beyond laymen. Banking jargon such as intermediation and fractional banking system seem truly complex and intimidating. In this book, the main character of this book, Chatur, comes into the world of banking with hardly any knowledge or background. But he weaves his way through the banking world and eventually becomes the CEO of Bacchat Bank.

The author Vikram Viswanathan is working as a banking professional in Kuwait. He has been in the world of investment banking for about fifteen years now.
