Krcs Provides Iftar Meals To Poor In Kuwait During Ramadan

Kuwait Red Crescent Society is delivering 7,000 iftar meals per day throughout the current fasting month of Ramadan to workers and the needy in many Kuwaiti regions.

KRCS Secretary General Maha Al-Barjas said in a statement to KUNA on Saturday the meals would be delivered to workers and low-income residents in Al-Mahboula, Khaitan, maternity, Al-Amiri and Al-Sabah hospitals, medical warehouses, Kuwait University, Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate, the ports, ministry of electricity and water and Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET).

Al-Barjas called on private companies and capable people to aid the needy during the fasting month. She has praised volunteers who are exerting efforts during the hot summer to help the impoverished.
