Kpc And Its Subsidiaries Will Receive Grievances Of Workers

Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and its subsidiaries will receive grievances of workers about their annual performance assessment for fiscal 2018/2019 from April 7-21, reports Al-Anba daily quoting sources.

Sources explained that opening the grievances door is a manifestation of the commitment of the executive leadership at KPC to improve the skills of workers and protect their rights. Sources also confirmed the formation of a committee tasked to look into the workers’ grievances.

Sources said the workers can submit their grievances by filling up the corresponding form in the automated system and then their grievances will be considered after discussing their annual performance assessment with their direct supervisors.
