Kls Stated Outright Rejection Of The Approach Of Some Official Bodies Employing Expat Consultants

Meanwhile, Kuwait Lawyers Society (KLS) stated outright rejection of the approach of some official bodies employing expatriate consultants while Kuwait is rich in human resources in that aspect.

Secretary of Kuwait Lawyers Society Hanan Al-Foudari said the State official bodies are supposed to support the national capability by taking serious steps toward ‘Kuwaitization’ in line with Cabinet’s recommendations. She added that 800 Kuwaiti lawyers are waiting for job opportunities and noted the Lawyers Society is ready to hire legal consultants from the segment. She pointed out that no advertisements for legal consultants have been published whereas official bodies have turned to foreign countries to recruit legal consultants.
