Kcci Hosts Turkish Economic Delegation

Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Tuesday morning hosted the Governor of the Province of Urfa in Turkey Abdullah Erin and his accompanying economic delegation.

According to a press release, a board member of KCCI Ahmad Sulaiman Al-Qudhaibi chaired the economic forum in the presence of several board members and representatives of some Kuwaiti companies. After welcoming the delegation, Al-Qudhaibi eulogized the strong economic relations between both countries. He declared that the ties have been steadily waxing stronger over the years during which officials from both countries exchanged visits

. Al-Qudhaibi revealed that the trade exchange volume increased to $676 million in 2017, highlighting the pivotal role of the private sector for economic development and strengthening trade relations by attracting investment projects and enhancing the successful partnership between both countries.
