Kac Banned Illegal Entry Of A Person

MP Mohammed Al-Dalal has forwarded questions to Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah about the illegal entry of a person wanted by the law.

Al-Dalal said several media outlets recently published news about the entry of a person through Kuwait International Airport although he has been banned from entering the country, because he used the passport of another person.

The lawmaker pointed out this is a serious issue, especially since some parties have requested for lifting the entry ban imposed on certain people. He warned that such practices are extremely dangerous considering the impact on national security.

He argued using the passport of another person is considered forgery and impersonation, while the parties that applied for the visa of such a person misled the official bodies so they are accomplices in breaking the law.

In light of the above, he asked the minister to provide him with the passport data of whoever facilitated the entry of the banned person. He wants to know the parties involved in facilitating the entry at the airport, if the Interior Ministry investigated the illegal entry, results of investigation, and steps taken to prevent the recurrence of the problem.
