Jahra Police Have Arrested A Non Kuwaiti Youth

The Jahra police have arrested a non-Kuwaiti youth and referred him to the General Department for Drugs Control for possession sachet of chemicals and two cigarettes filled with hashish, reports Al-Rai daily. The arrest came in Naeem at a checkpoint. The youth and the contraband have been referred to the concerned authorities.
