It Takes Just Two Minutes To Get Work Permit Approval

The Deputy Director-General of the Employment Affairs Sector at the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) Sultan Al-Shaalani said it takes just two minutes to approve the work permit submitted through the Authority’s automated systems as the employee in the labor administration enters the required data from the employer.

Al-Shaalani told Al-Qabas the automated system is linked with the Ministry of Health regarding the vaccination certificates for workers who apply for work permits saying this is one of the terms and conditions before a work permit is issued to the worker saying the approval from the Ministry of Health is a must.
