Inspectors from the Public Authority for Manpower discovered 164 sites where laborers were working in the open under the scorching sun during the banned hours, reports Al-Shahed daily quoting informed sources.

They revealed that the inspection team detained 211 workers from these sites.

The sources said the occupational safety inspectors issued warnings to the violating companies against forcing their laborers to work in open areas from 11 pm to 4 pm, asserting that recurrence of such a violation will expose them to legal accountability, which entails financial and administrative penalties.
