Insurance Company Officials Are Referred To Prosecution By Iru

Several insurance company officials have been referred to the Public Prosecution for suspected financial statement tampering by the Insurance Regulatory Unit.

A local Arabic newspaper reported that sources pointed out that the insurance company violated Articles (75) and (78) of the law concerning insurance regulation, pertains to the possibility of fraud and irregularities in the financial statements; violations of the company's law were also monitored, all of which should be referred to the public prosecutor.
