Indian Maid Gives Birth To A Stillborn Baby, Sponsor Unaware

The Jahra Public Prosecutor will summon for interrogation an unidentified Indian domestic worker who reportedly gave birth to stillborn baby inside her employer’s home in Saad Al-Abdullah, reports Al-Anba daily. According to the security sources the employer said he was unaware that the 39-year-old maid who was pregnant. The case is being handled by the Criminal Investigation Office. The source indicated the CID men are waiting for the maid to recover to interrogate her. The baby died due to suffocation which may have been caused by the umbilical cord.
