Indian Expat From Kuwait Wins Dh12m Abu Dhabi Raffle

Kuwait based Indian expat Rogy George won Dh12 million in Big Ticket Abu Dhabi raffle on Sunday, UAE based news paper Khaleej Times reported.

Rogy George is based in Kuwait and hails from Alappuzha district of Kerala. 

In the first two months of this year, people from the south Indian state of Kerala had been winning the mega prize at Big Ticket Abu Dhabi raffle. Khaleej Times reported that Rogy George is settled in Kuwait with family for over 12 years. His daughter is in grade 10 and he is working as a supervisor at the purchase department of a private firm. George had bought the ticket online.

There were six winners from India and one from Sri Lanka among the seven announced.
