Indian Embassy Lists Conditions For Approval Of Domestic Worker’s Application

The Federation of Domestic Labor Recruitment Offices says according to the Indian Embassy work contracts for domestic workers in Kuwait will be approved only if conditions are met by the sponsors, Arabic daily Al Qabas reported.

The Indian embassy stipulated that the monthly salary of the female domestic worker shall not be less than 110 dinars, and 100 dinars for the male servant.

This is in addition to the worker’s age should not be less than 30 years, and not more than 55 years when submitting the application.

The embassy also requires the applicants (sponsors) to open a bank account for the worker.
