In One Week, More Than 5,000 People Visited Liberation Tower
Within one week of its availability to the public, some 5,000 people, both citizens, and expatriates, visited the Liberation Tower.
Because the reservation has been made, because the booking for the month of February is totally full, authorities have requested that the number of visitors at a time be increased to satisfy the demand from more citizens and ex-pats to visit the tower.
As of currently, the health protocol allows for a maximum of 50 guests each hour. According to Mana' Al-Ajmi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation for the Communications and Support Services Sector, "The Corona Committee allowed 50 visitors per hour, and we requested that it be increased to 100 to meet the desire of citizens and expatriates to see the exhibition and the landmarks of Kuwait City from a height of 150 meters."
Currently, guests can only enter the tower during the month of February by making a reservation on the liberation tower website. The admission is free and available in two shifts: morning and evening.
