In Jleeb, 11 People Have Been Arrested; Scores Of Beggars Have Been Arrested

In the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh region, the criminal security department arrested 11 people, comprising 3 men and 8 women of Asian and African nationalities, for carrying out immoral actions as part of the security measures during the holy month of Ramadan.

 The Ministry of Interior also apprehended lawbreakers and beggars of various nationalities who were accompanied by children in another instance.

The administration confirmed that all legal actions had been taken against all those arrested, that a case of neglect in the care of a minor had been filed against them, that they had been referred to the appropriate authorities, and that their sponsors had been summoned to take legal action against them.

Officials added that the Ministry of Interior is doing all possible to prevent the phenomenon of begging, and they invited everyone to help by alerting the appropriate authorities by dialing 112.
