Immoral Gesture Made To A Kuwaiti Couple

The investigator of the Fahaheel Police Station has sent to the General Traffic Department a vehicle plate number to inquire about its owner in preparation for summoning him for investigation for committing a blatant act and insulting a Kuwaiti couple, reports Al-Anba daily.

A security source said this happened when the Kuwaiti, who is believed to be in his 40s and was with his wife, were driving and a young man driving another vehicle insisted that the Kuwaiti give him the way during a traffic congestion and when he did not have his way, he lowered the window of his vehicle and made a vulgar gesture with his finger and the wife of the Kuwaiti took a picture of the vehicle with her cell phone.
