Hh Crown Prince Urges Mps To Cooperate With Government

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, during a meeting with legislators at Bayan Palace on Wednesday, called for constructive cooperation with government to contribute to national economic development.

His Highness the Amir, during his reception of the National Assembly Speaker Marzouq AlGhanim and a number of MPS, called for further promotion of democratic practices, addressing challenges, respecting of constitution and application of the law. Al-Ghanim headed a delegation at the meeting with His Highness the Crown Prince that included members of the assembly bureau for the 16th legislative term.

The present MPs were Deputy Speaker Ahmad Al-Shuhoumi, the assembly secretary Farz AlDaihani, parliament’s supervisor Usama Al-Shaheen, head of the legislative and legal affairs commission Khaled Al-Enezi, chairperson of the financial and economic affairs committee Ahmad Al-Hamad, chair of the priorities commission Dr. Hesham Al-Saleh and the assembly Secretary-General Allam Al-Kanderi. Director of His Highness the Crown Prince’s office Jamal Al-Theyab attended the meeting.

Separately, His Highness the Crown Prince received His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and Chairperson of the Audit Bureau Faisal Al-Shaye’, who presented to His Highness the annual report for the 2019-20 fiscal year.
