Hearing On The Case Of Killing Kuwaiti Citizen Farah Akbar Delayed

The Criminal Section in the Court of Appeals, headed by Judge Nasr Al-Haid, postponed the second hearing on the case of the person accused of killing a citizen identified as Farah Akbar until Nov 25 for the defense panel to present their arguments, after the Court of First Instance sentenced the accused to death by hanging, reports Al-Seyassah daily. During the session, the accused was brought from the Central Prison and he appeared in court with his lawyers Dokhi Al- Hasban and Fahd Al-Basman. Attorney Abdul Mohsen Al-Qattan also came with the victim’s family in the midst of the crowd keen on following up the trial.
