Heads Of Diplomatic Missions Perform The Absentee Prayer At The Grave Of The Late Emir

Dozens of ambassadors from Arab and Islamic countries flocked to Kuwait, this morning, Saturday, to visit the grave of the late Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad and pray for him, led by the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador of Senegal Abdul Ahad Embaki, and the mother of prayers for the deceased, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain Salah Al-Maliki.

The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain Salah al-Maliki said that the ambassadors in the Arab and Islamic corps believed that they should visit the grave of the late Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad and read Al-Fatiha in the spirit of His Highness due to the exceptional circumstances that prevented praying to him in The mosque.

He added that we remember the deceased and his diplomatic and humanitarian stances with everyone, pointing out that the ambassadors worked with His Highness and his pledge, and he left us an imprint, experience and advice that we will never forget.

The Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps, the former Somali ambassador to Kuwait, Abdul Qadir Amin Sheikh, who served in Kuwait as his country's ambassador for about 30 years, said, “This is the year of life, and we as diplomats lost a brother, father and sheik in diplomacy.” From diplomacy, wisdom and everything related to political life, he added that the African people and Somalia hold a great position for the deceased to his white hands, and the Somali people will not forget Sheikh Sabah.
