Hawalli Police Have Arrested An Iraqi Man

The Hawalli police have arrested an Iraqi who had been sentenced in absentia for an unidentified term in two financial cases, reports Al-Shahed daily. The arrest came on the Al-Aqsa Road at a late hour. The man reportedly tried in vain to escape but police chased and arrested him in Salwa. At the time of arrest he had with him 22 pills of Tramadol and electric shock. The suspect and contraband have been referred to the concerned authorities.
