H.h The Amir Received A Letter Of Thanks From Qatari Amir

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al- Sabah on Wednesday received a letter of thanks from Qatari Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani. In the letter, Qatar’s Amir expressed appreciation of hospitality shown during the GCC 38th Summit Kuwait hosted on Tuesday. He also commended His Highness the Amir’s efforts to enhance cooperation and solidarity among the GCC Member States, as well as reinforcing basis of security and stability in the region.

In addition, Sheikh Tamim stressed that Qatar would spare no effort pursuing whatever that may serve the interests of the Gulf people, as well as the Arab and Muslim nations. He prayed Allah Almighty to bless His Highness the Amir with perpetual wellbeing, and to achieve the aspired progress and prosperity for Kuwait under his wise leadership.

In return, His Highness the Amir sent a cable to the Qatari Amir thanking him for his warm sentiments, and praying for his everlasting well-being and prosperity for the Qatari people, as well as for the entire GCC. The next Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit will be for the Sultnate of Oman, but will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Omani Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs Yusuf bin Alawi said on Wednesday.
