H.h The Amir Congratulates India's President- Elect

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Thursday sent a cable to India’s President-elect Ram Nath Kovind congratulating him on winning the recent elections in the country.  His Highness the Amir wished Kovind good health and further success, and more progress and growth for bilateral relations.
