Gtd Men Take Action Against Reckless Driving

13 vehicles, including 5 motorcycles, were impounded by the General Traffic Department and taken to the Interior Ministry's detention centre.

According to a local Arabic newspaper, the GTD officers also arrested the drivers and referred them for questioning for doing stunts on public highways and jeopardising their own and other road users' lives. During the campaign, GTD officers also issued 43 traffic penalties.
