Government Passes A Law For Real Estate Financing For Private Housing

The Council of Ministers approved a law draft on real estate financing for private housing, and submitted it to HH  Amir in preparation for referring it to the National Assembly, Al Qabas daily reported.

The council said that this law is approved to address the housing problem and offer appropriate solutions.

The law provides a financing alternative to private housing requests In addition to the financing provided by the Credit Bank through the participation of local banks to support the housing system and providing effective legal guarantees.
