‘get Your Jab Certificate’ – Prove Two Doses
Ministry of Health, over the next few days, citizens who have taken the vaccine against Covid- 19 outside the country can apply to obtain the vaccination certificate, reports Al-Jarida daily quoting health sources. The same sources said people who have received one or two doses of the vaccine will have to register their data on the ‘Immunity’ application on the Ministry of Health website, and prove that they have received the vaccination outside Kuwait.
Those applying for the certificate will have to produce a valid vaccine document to prove they have taken the dose/s of vaccine approved by Kuwait – ‘Pfizer Biontec’, ‘AstraZeneca Oxford’, ‘Moderna’ or “Johnson & Johnson’. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health announced it has received this month the third batch of the Oxford vaccine from one of the local agents in Kuwait. However, the vaccines will be analyzed in the laboratory and tested for safety reasons to ensure proper shipping and transportation procedures were applied, in the interest of the health and safety of everyone. Greece’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) announced that citizens of 21 countries, including Kuwait, would be allowed to enter Greece until May 24, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to Greece’s Athens News Agency (ANA), the CAA issued a press statement in which it stated that Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Russia, Britain, China and Canada are among the countries included in the decision. Citizens of countries outside the European Union, except for permanent residents of the Union and the member states of the Schengen Agreement, will not be allowed to enter Greece during that period.
