General Department For Residence Investigation Raided A Domestic Labor Office In Super Deluxe Apartment

Personnel from the General Department for Residence Investigation recently raided a domestic labor office in super deluxe apartment in ‘one of the three towers’ and arrested female expatriates said be working for a network which is trafficking in beautiful maids, reports Al-Anba daily. According to a security source, the owner of the office was allegedly swindling Kuwaitis by offering them maids who would work for a few days and then escape from the sponsor and return to the same apartment. According to the security source, the raid was conducted when one of the citizens sought the help of the Department of Home Employment at the General Department for Residence Affairs. He complained to the department that he paid money to the office for the domestic helper and within 48 hours she fled the job. The source added that the citizen’s complaint was taken seriously and the office was contacted which provided three good looking housemaids who had been arrested earlier and guided police to their place of residence.
