Four People Arrested For Manufacturing Liquor

Four Asian expatriates were arrested for manufacturing liquor in makeshift factories in Ahmadi and Jahra areas during campaigns launched under the guidance of Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs at Ministry of Interior Major General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah.

Ahmadi securitymen raided a location in Ahmadi area and discovered 87 barrels filled with locally manufactured liquor, 50 empty barrels, equipment used for filtering and steaming, 190 bags of sugar, two gas cylinders and other items.

They arrested two Asians who were present at the location and referred them with the confiscated items to the concerned authorities for investigations.
