Four New Insurance Companies Have Been Listed

Instead of adding four additional companies to the list of companies issued previously, the Insurance Regulatory Unit has issued a decision to increase the number of firms authorized to provide health insurance plans for non-graduate expatriates aged 60 and up to 15 companies.

According to Al-Anba, the unit has issued Decision No. 9 for the year 2022, which updates the approved list of organizations qualified to issue a health insurance policy for expatriate workers in the private sector who are 60 years old or older and have a high school diploma or less to 15 companies.

The department added the following insurance companies to the approved list, according to the first article of the decision:

1—The Kuwait Qatar Insurance Company 

2 – Zamzam Takaful Insurance Company (Zamzam Takaful)

3. T'azur Takaful Insurance Company 

4 – Takaful Insurance Company
