Fish Market In Sharq Opened - Using Appointment System

The fish market in Sharq opened its doors with entry in the market with prior reservation/appointment system, local fish and imported fish was available in sheer quantity such as Tilapia for 1.5 KD, Mullet 2 KD, Iranian grouper 3.5 KD, Saudi grouper 3 KD and sea bass 4 KD per kilo.

Meanwhile Public Authority for Agriculture is still set on to prevent the fishing of Pomfret fish (Zubaidi), Maid fish and Shrimps in addition to not allowing export of fishing done in Kuwait waters among the demands of the Kuwait Federation of Fishermen and agriculture to exclude this season from ban and allow fishing.
