Fire Broke Out In A Shop In Souk Mubarakiya

Fire broke out in a shop in Souk Mubarakiya. No casualties were reported. When the Control Room of Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) received information about the shop on fire, firefighters were dispatched to the location. They extinguished the fire before it spread to the nearby shops.

Investigations regarding the cause of the fire have been launched. In addition, a Bangladeshi expatriate suffered from burns and smoke inhalation because of a fire that broke out in a bachelors’ accommodation in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area. He was referred to the nearest hospital for treatment. After extinguishing the fire, firefighters discovered that the cause of the fire was high electricity load. Necessary action was taken.
