Fire Broke Out In A Carpentry And Sponge Workshop

Fire broke out in a carpentry and sponge workshop in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area.

According to a press release, when the Control Room of Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) received information about the workshop on fire, two fire teams rushed to the location and discovered that the workshop is located in the basement of a three-storied building, and that the fire spread over an area of 400 square meters.

After evacuating all the tenants from the building, the fire was extinguished within a short time. No casualties were reported. Necessary action was taken thereafter.
