Finance Cause Of Delay

In a recent survey conducted by the General Secretariat for Planning and Development, Ministry of Finance tops the list of governmental bodies that cause delay in the execution of developmental projects in the country, reports Al-Rai daily quoting informed sources. They explained that, based on the follow-up report prepared by the General Secretariat for Planning and Development, directors of developmental projects in various governmental bodies revealed that Ministry of Finance is first among the governmental bodies that hinder their work and causes delay to their projects
