Fasttrack Court Has Evicted Former Board Chairman Of Trio

The Fasttrack Circuit at the Court of First Instance has evicted former Board Chairman, Secretary General and Treasurer of Civilian Employees Union at the Ministry of Interior from the union office located inside the Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs’ Building, based on a lawsuit filed by Lawyer Mesfir Ayed Al-Ajmi. The lawyer joined the Ministry of Interior Undersecretary and the trio former executive members of the union. He filed the lawsuit on behalf of the plaintiff and current Board Chairman of the union Nasser Al- Hujailan who resumed duty on Nov 10, 2016. He accused the defendants of refusing to vacate the office and seizing secretarial documents and equipment illegally. He alleged the trio of former chairman, secretary general and treasurer put the office under lock and key, which became an obstacle for the new officers to perform their duties.
