Farwaniya Police Arrested A Bangladeshi And A Nepali Woman In Liquor Trade

The Farwaniya police have arrested a Bangladeshi and a Nepali woman for trading in locally Manufactured booze. According to security sources, police received information about the bootlegging activities of the two people and that they were selling booze to select clients in Rabiya. Police put the duo under surveillance and caught the woman red-handed selling a bottle of booze to her client. Police then seized her partner and seized from his car 29 bottles of booze.

During interrogation they confessed to selling booze to domestic workers of both sexes. They have been referred for interrogation. Meanwhile, two drunken youths were arrested in Sulaibikhat area for driving recklessly, troubling the residents of the area and colliding with another vehicle.

According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the incident, Capital securitymen rushed to the location and arrested the two youths. Detecting their disoriented state, securitymen checked the vehicle of the suspects and found a bottle of liquor. They were referred with the liquor bottle to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them.
