Expats Working For Moe Prohibited From Transferring Residence To Private Sector, Except For 4 Categories

The Ministry of Education stated that it was prohibited to transfer residence of expats to the private sector, with the exception of 4 categories whose residency is allowed to be transferred, based on a circular received from the Public Authority for Manpower following categories will be allowed to transfer.

1- The husbands and children of Kuwaiti women and the wives of Kuwaitis.
2-  Those born in Kuwait
3 – The Palestinians nationals
4- Owners of technical professions specialized in the health field for establishments that have licenses to practice medical activities from the Ministry of Health.
