Expat Arrested In Possession Of 200 Narcotic Pills

A Bangladeshi expatriate was arrested in Fahaheel area in possession of 200 narcotic pills locally known as ‘Farawla’ and KD 350 cash. Ahmadi securitymen were patrolling Fahaheel area when they suspected a vehicle and ordered the motorist to pull over. They checked his details and discovered he is a Bangladeshi expatriate. Sensing his nervousness, securitymen checked his vehicle and found the narcotic pills. When questioned, he confessed that he was planning to sell them. He was arrested and referred with the narcotic pills to the Drugs Control General Department for necessary legal action.
