Everything Is Back To Normal; Ministry Of Health Cancels Exemptions, Flexible Work Hours

Marzouq Al-Rashidi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Administrative Affairs, has published a circular stating that all ministry employees will return to the usual official working system on Sunday, March 13.

Meetings, conferences, and internal courses will be held with the participation of concerned officials beginning Sunday, February 20, according to a circular issued by the Civil Services Commission, which means the end of virtual meetings, the reduction of employees in government institutions, and the end of flexible working hours and schedules.

The circular noted the abolition of flexible working systems and the rotation system, as well as the return of the fingerprint attendance system in accordance with the decision issued in this regard; cancellation of all cases of exemption from work, and the employee's absences is only within the limits of legally authorized leaves, the abolition of flexible working systems and the rotation system, and the return to work 100 percent; and the return of the fingerprint attendance system in accordance with the decision issued in this regard.
