Epa Seeks Hedge Against Oil Spill

Kuwait's Environment Public Authority (EPA) said on Friday it was taking all appropriate measures in order to protect water outlets from an oil spill near southern Ras Al-Zour area, The EPA said in a press release that while it sought to determine the source of the oil spill, it was taking all necessary moves to safeguard the area of water outlets by using rubber bumpers
